How much can you save?
Many of the clients we speak with tell us they are currently paying hundreds, even thousands of dollars per year for storage, often for just a couple of samples. Our mission is to change that. We’re focused on providing a more accessible, cost-effective alternative that allows individuals and organizations to store as many samples as they need at the most affordable price point possible while maintaining the most safe and reliable operations. By streamlining our processes and prioritizing efficiency, we aim to make long-term sample storage financially feasible for everyone.
How can we be less expensive than others?
Many clinics assume patients won’t look for alternative storage options, so storage becomes an added service rather than a core part of their business. Because it’s not their primary focus, clinics often price storage higher to account for the inconvenience and additional workload.
Our approach is different. Long-term storage is the center of our business. By focusing exclusively on this service and streamlining our operations, we’re able to avoid the inflated pricing commonly seen at clinics and offer a more affordable, transparent solution.
Are my samples safe being stored with Deep Cryo?
They are more safe in our hands than any others. Our professionals have over 30 years of experience working with liquid nitrogen systems and safety protocols. When something goes wrong, clinics call us. This is why we decided to save all that time and expense to the consumer and simply do it ourselves. Working directly with cryogenic freezers and liquid nitrogen systems requires a very different skill set than general lab work. While lab technicians are highly trained in handling biological samples, their expertise is focused on laboratory procedures. Not on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of cryogenic storage systems. While being highly trained in laboratory procedure, professionals at Deep Cryo specifically trained in liquid nitrogen systems also understand:

-
Cryogenic safety protocols (oxygen displacement risks, frostbite hazards, spill handling, ventilation requirements)
-
Freezer mechanics and physics (how tanks function, how pressure changes affect stability, and how to properly maintain LNâ‚‚ levels)
-
Preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failure
-
24/7 monitoring systems that ensure consistent, safe storage conditions
-
Emergency response procedures unique to cryogenic environments

Because cryogenic specialists work with these systems daily, they’re better equipped to manage the environmental, mechanical, and safety factors that ensure long-term sample stability.
Is switching to Deep Cryo complicated?
Not at all, we handle everything so you don't have to. We keep you informed every step of the way so you feel secured that your samples are in the process of being transferred. You will be saving money in no time!
Here's how it works:
Step 1.
Once we hear from you, we will answer any questions you may have and we will provide you with a quote. Once you are satisfied with how much money you would save, we will send over your contract to sign.
Step 2.
We will then reach out to the clinic that currently stores your sample(s), informing them that you wish to make a transfer to our facility. At the same time we will look to schedule a day and time where we will pickup your sample(s).
Step 3.
Once your sample(s) safely arrive at our facility, we transfer them into one of our long term cryogenic freezers. We will then send you a confirmation that your sample(s) have been successfully transferred, and then the process is complete!
